Our quest to eat better and for food security started with a hobby a few years ago.  We started with a handful of birds to test the waters.  After the positive feedback from friends, family, and neighbors it was time to scale up.  We have 200+ birds and growing that produce eggs and birds for our family and our customers.  We are still in our infancy, but we are scaling up to meet the demands of our customers.  Look for us in So Cal restaurants, markets, and backyard quail kits soon.
